Somatic spirituality is an approach that values the wisdom of the body as a vital element of the spiritual life. Through mindful attention to bodily sensations, gentle guided movement, and creative exploration, we will explore ways to nurture the seeds of new life. Please wear comfortable clothes for movement. No prior experience necessary! Emily Wright is a dancer and movement educator with a passion for the transformative power of movement. A key part of her practice is creating collaborative environments where different bodies, voices, and experiences are valued and seen.
